1. Services Provided
Rita Marie Consulting provides monthly bookkeeping services, including but not limited to transaction categorization, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, preparation of financial reports, and other agreed-upon tasks. These services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual client.

2. Subscription and Payment
This is a monthly recurring subscription for bookkeeping services. The subscription will continue indefinitely until cancellation is received.

• Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method on file each month based on the client's sign-up date.

 

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary documents and financial information (e.g., bank/credit card statements, receipts, invoices) as requested.

• Respond to requests for clarification or additional information promptly.

• Maintain access to accounting software (if applicable) and relevant financial platforms.

 

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. Services will continue through the final paid month. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring mid-billing cycle.

5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client financial records, data, and information. All data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for the highest accuracy and professionalism, we are not liable for any errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client. Our services do not include legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, CA.

8. Agreement Acceptance
By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and authorize recurring payments for bookkeeping services.
